By accessing or using DispatchOS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
DispatchOS provides software tools for freight dispatchers and transportation professionals. The service may connect to a user's Gmail account to identify, extract, organize, and display freight load information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your DispatchOS account.
Gmail access is optional and requires the user's authorization through Google. DispatchOS uses read-only Gmail access for providing freight load processing functionality. Users may disconnect their Gmail account at any time.
Certain DispatchOS features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing and applicable trial periods are displayed before purchase. Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe.
Unless canceled, recurring subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing period shown during checkout. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through the available billing management tools.
You may not use DispatchOS for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party systems, distribution of malicious software, or any activity that interferes with the operation or security of the service.
DispatchOS uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process information. Extracted load information may occasionally contain errors. Users are responsible for verifying important freight information before making business decisions.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
DispatchOS relies on third-party services that may include Google, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and hosting infrastructure. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Access to DispatchOS may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or address violations of these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
