DispatchOS Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

DispatchOS provides tools for freight dispatchers to connect their Gmail inbox and automatically identify, extract, and organize freight load information.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and information necessary to provide the DispatchOS service.

Google Gmail Data

When you connect a Google account, DispatchOS requests read-only access to Gmail so that the service can identify freight-related emails and extract relevant load information.

DispatchOS does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages. Gmail access is used only to provide the freight load processing features requested by the user.

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide and improve DispatchOS, authenticate users, process freight load emails, maintain account security, and manage subscriptions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Gmail data. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate DispatchOS, including hosting, database, artificial intelligence, authentication, and payment infrastructure.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information and connected account credentials.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users may disconnect Gmail from DispatchOS at any time. Users may also request deletion of their DispatchOS account and associated stored data by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

DispatchOS may use third-party providers including Google, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and hosting providers to operate the service.

Google Workspace API Limited Use

DispatchOS's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace data accessed by DispatchOS is used only to provide the user-facing freight dispatch functionality of the service. DispatchOS does not use Google Workspace data for advertising, does not sell Google Workspace data, and does not use Google Workspace data to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

DispatchOS may process relevant email content through the OpenAI API solely to extract freight load information requested by the user. OpenAI API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default unless an API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.
